With no gas in the carb or tank and no oil crankcase. It also needs a new fuel hose from the petcock to carburetor. It was working fine 3 years ago, but I forgot to drain the gas from carburetor. I like to ship daily.

However I was able to start the engine after fixing carburetor and it ran as normal, but with fuel leak. It costs $20 to ship it you. I was a Honda motorcycle mechanic back in the 1970's, so rebuilt carburetor and tried makeshift o ring float bowl gasket that failed. Example: you pay $100 for an item.
